–In other words, what you see is not just what you get. Symbols are more than meets the eye.

–They’re loaded with meaning.

Write according to the following format:

1st sentence–“A symbol in my life is _____(insert person/place/thing)________.

2nd sentence–“_____(insert person/place/thing)________ symbolizes ______(insert 3 abstract ideas ____ to me.”

3rd / 4th / 5th / etc. sentences– Write 1 sentence or more to explain each abstract idea your symbol represents

Last sentence–CLINCHER (an interesting sentence that wraps up your paragraph)

–MUST BE OVER 150 WORDS TOTAL!
